Book a free 15 minute introductory call to see if Wild Rice Wellness is the right fit for you! During this call we will briefly discuss your top areas of concern regarding your health as well as your health goals. I will then share with you my care philosophy and approach to treatment to see if we would be a good team to get you to living your healthiest, fullest life. Visit our FAQ page for more information!

In-Depth Consult
$399

After completing a detailed intake questionnaire, we will meet for 1.5-2 hours to discuss, in great detail,  your current health status and chief concerns and what might be driving these.  After the initial visit, you will receive a comprehensive plan with recommended laboratory testing (labs are an additional fee and always optional), nutrition and supplement recommendations and lifestyle goals to reach optimal health. 

Follow-up Care
$250/hour

After the initial consultation, follow-up care is as needed on a patient by patient basis. Some patients need monthly follow-ups and others may only need to meet every 2-3 months. In addition to in person or virtual follow-up, you will also have access to me for questions between visits through the patient portal, receive discounts on high quality supplements for life and the support you need to get back to true wellness.
